Almost our Route
This is an East-West profile that is not quite our route but close if you look at it from right to left. The day we climb from Mongar to Ura will be epic with allegedly one of the most incredible mountain road cyling routes in the world.
Thimphu to The Haa Valley
This was my favorite ride of the trip. Plenty of climbing but not all up and then down or vice versa. The views were big, the pavement was reasonable and the Haa Valley was beautiful.
Trongsa to Jakar
We will be doing this route from Jakar to Trongsa so start at the right and go left as you view. The climb will be relatively mild and as you might guess, the descent from the Yontongla summit to Trongsa will be (as the kids say) AWESOME.
